Travel costs exceeding 100 miles (1.5 hour drive) from my home are not included in base package prices. Additional travel expenses (flight tickets, rental car, lodging) must be covered by the client and can be discussed during initial consultation.
Only detailed portraits of the newlyweds are included in all packages. If you would like recognizable portraits of loved ones or pets included in your live painting, they can be added for a small fee. Please visit my Live Event Painting FAQ for more information.
A $500 deposit and signed contract must be received to reserve and secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks (14 days) before the event date.
